Where you engage Persec to deliver training or consulting services, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate signed contract or statement of work, which will prevail over these website terms in respect of the contracted services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above indicates when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and Persec Services Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
