Custom in-house training
Built from scratch against your incident data and the specific work your people do. The right shape, the right length, the right scenarios — yours.
What it covers
For organisations whose work doesn’t fit neatly into one of our standard programs — multi-site rollouts, regulated industries with their own competency frameworks, or workplaces where the risk profile genuinely is unusual.
We start with discovery: a working session with OH&S, a sample of your incident reports (de-identified), and ideally a half-day on the floor with your frontline. From there we scope a program built specifically against what we’ve seen.
What you get
- A discovery report summarising the risk profile we observed and the controls we recommend
- A custom curriculum with scenarios drawn from your real working environment
- Delivery across as many sites as you need, with consistent instructors
- A train-the-trainer pathway if you want internal capability for ongoing refresh
- Six months of post-delivery support, including incident debrief calls
How it’s delivered
On-site at your facilities, with a typical engagement running 8–16 weeks from discovery to first delivery. Larger national rollouts run as a phased program.
Who it’s for
Health networks, transit authorities, councils with frontline service points, and any organisation whose scale, complexity, or regulatory environment puts standard off-the-shelf training out of reach.
